So with that in mind we’ve produced a sample menu price list for UK Cameraman Hire, Conference Filming & Recording. It doesn’t cover every location (we’ve worked all over the UK and around the world) it definitely doesn’t cover every event scenario or piece of kit we have in stock. But what it will do is give you an idea of how we price our Conference filming work. If you need two Conference or Event Cameramen the above prices are less than double as we travel in one vehicle, therefore the travel cost remains the same. If required we will record your event to SD cards as AVCHD MP4 files, we then supply the cards to you at cost for you to retain – Call us for more details about recording your Conference or Event.

Conference Filming Package Prices

We prefer to quote your specific event requirements, but detailed below are guideline crew prices for various locations. Keep in mind if comparing our prices we include travel, crew, cameras the video mixer and HD recording kit. Our VR50 HD vision mixers will output seamlessly to your event AV set-up via SDI/HDMI or Composite connections.

Conference Filming Package rates include 2x experienced Event Camera Operators using Panasonic AC160 HD Cameras with 22x Lenses, Tripods, Video Technician (Mix & Record) VR50 HD Vision Mixer, Monitoring & HD Recorder, 20m HD Cabling to each camera. Rates are based on a maximum 8hr day. Price includes travel, excludes where applicable; local car parking/meals or overnight accommodation where required. Do you want us to work ‘under your brand’? No problem, our Camera Operators and Technical Team will wear unbranded crew black clothing for events work if requested.
